Text Messaging Terms

Last updated July 25, 2026

The program

The Dinkville text messaging program provides requested account codes and, after a separate opt-in, two-way account, crew, game invitation, availability, confirmation, roster, schedule, and support messages. You can also text Dinkville naturally to prepare and confirm supported actions.

How you opt in

You may opt in by checking the separate, unchecked Dinkville text consent box in My Dinkville. The screen tells you which messages you will receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to use STOP or HELP before you consent. Consent to ongoing messages is not a condition of purchase. Requesting a one-time sign-in code does not by itself enroll you in ongoing crew and game texts.

Locked-game group texts

When a game locks, Dinkville may create a group text with the confirmed players and the Dinkville number. Everyone is treated as in unless their plans change. Reply OUT in the game chat to reopen your spot. The organizer may reply OPEN to notify eligible people from the original invitation list.

Participants in a group text can see the phone numbers and messages of the other participants. Group MMS availability depends on supported U.S. or Canadian mobile devices and carriers.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity, invitations, games, and conversations with Dinkville. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Dinkville does not charge a separate fee for receiving its text messages.

Stopping and restarting

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop ongoing messages. After opting out, you will receive no further ongoing Dinkville texts unless you reply START or UNSTOP to subscribe again. Carrier processing may take a short time.

Help

Reply HELP for help or email landon@dinkville.com. Include the phone number connected to your Dinkville account so we can locate the correct messaging record.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery, group behavior, and media support vary by carrier and device. Do not use Dinkville messages for emergencies.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records. We may update these terms as the service or carrier requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
